Hi!! We are Phill and Gentry! We acquired the Cluck Truck in June of 2018 and it was one of the best decisions we ever could have made!! We love being able share our food and little bit of ourselves everyday! We have tremendous passion for food but also for people! One of the reasons we love what we do is that we are able to interact with everyone who comes to our truck! Phill grew up cooking with his mother and grandmother and has loved being in a kitchen since he was a kid. Gentry knows her way around a kitchen, but she would rather be baking! When we aren’t serving up some “clucking delicious” food we love spending time with our two wonderful teenagers and crazy dogs! Some of our favorite things include traveling️, eating, good coffee️, craft cocktails and beers, Disneyland and watching the Green Bay Packers! Next time you see the truck, please come and say hi!!
